I’ve been sent money but my PayPal balance is 0

I’m pretty sure I’ve been send around £300 in total and have checked multiple times if there sending to the Wright person whether it’s email or something I really have no idea.This money has been lost from there accounts and hasn’t been sent to me so idk where it’s gone.

Double check the email address they are using for any spelling issues or mistakes?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Have you received funds before?

Sure its not a scam with fake paypal emails?

Was it ebay sales?
