I've been charged twice

Pay in 3 was set up as well as the payment for the full amount of the order. PayPal are saying there is no dispute, despite showing them the evidence that I have already paid in full. They are still taking the 3rd payment out & refusing to even look into the matter. The seller, Baker Ross, hasn't had the money sent to them twice. I need my money back
