I think I'm getting scammed

A person named Mikael thorne is trying to make me purchase 2000kr worth om Bitcoin to his shipping company so that PayPal can send me the money

Its as scam. PayPal does not hide payments asking you to send bitcoin. If someone REALLY paid, you will see a record of payment, even if the payment is subject to a PayPal hold.

I don't know I'm still stressed because the guy is still asking me and saying that I should contact PayPal through email to confirm his payment

Yes and the email address they give you will take you straight through to the scammer.

Ignore them and delete their posts.
