I sold a virtual product and my money doesn't appear to exist.

I was sent an email from paypal confirming the money was received but that I had to go to the resolution center to add more info to my account. There is nothing in the resolution center and my summary isn't showing anything being held or unavailable.
I called but gave up after two hours of being on hold and I'm currently at ten hours of no response in the message center.
Anybody have ideas?
