I sent a message to the customer service 2 days ago but I received no response. Paypal say that it usually takes a day. What's the problem? I'm in Canada. Anyway, my question with the customer service: I made a payment on eBay and seller sent me a Paypal invoice by email. Recently, the seller told that he changed the shipment id and that I can see the new one in Paypal. So I created a paypal account with the same email and credit card as the ebay's one but I can't see my transaction (invoice). What's the problem?
