Have you emailed the 'wrong' email address and requested that they refund the payment?
If yes and they refused then how did you send the payment via paypal ie which paypal option AND how did you fund that paypal payment ie which funding source.
Finally what does it say next to the transaction in your paypal account, is it completed / sent or if not what does it say.
