Hi. I ordered an item on ebay. It didn't come on time, so I requested a refund for it. I paid why my credit card. The seller told my that he is going to refund me the money because I didn't get the item. After that, I closed the request. After a few days, I didn't receive nothing from the seller, the money or even a message. I contacted ebay support and they told me that even I didn't use paypal to pay for the item, the seller did receive the money using paypal, so paypal can help me with resolving this problem. I tried to contact paypal, and as I can see, this is the only way, by writing it here. What should I do?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you (difficult at the moment due to covid)
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
