I got an email saying I have to confirm my email to be able to receive the money, after I confirm the email address it still won't show up in my balance.
Once the email address is confirmed you will likely need to add a valid funding source to the PayPal account. If you have added a funding source to the account and the payment still isn't showing you will need to contact Customer Support. You can locate their contact information by clicking on 'Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal page.
