In order to claim a payment, you would need to verify your email. After doing so, you should be able to claim the payment. If not, there may be another issue. For example, the payment may have been sent in a currency that you have not added to your balance yet. Also, please check your pending balance as well, as the amount may have been held due to a dispute or, in case you sold an item, due to a standard process.
