As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Welcome to the PayPal Community!

 

When you receive a payment from PayPal, you will receive an automatic email to let you know you have been paid. You should also see this payment in the Activity section of your PayPal account. 

 

It is possible that the payment may have gone on hold. For some additional information on payment holds, please see: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq1987

 

Your email address must also be confirmed in order to receive a payment to your PayPal account. For steps on confirming your email address, see: https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/article/faq1485

 

Lastly, was your account in a negative balance? If your account has a negative balance and you receive a payment, this payment will go towards recovering your negative balance.

I have this same error. After that I now upgraded to the Business account.
Will I receive the payment within few days?

I received a payment notification and PayPal notified me to give more details to receive the payments. I uploaded the documents needed and upgraded it to the business account. but still didn't receive the payments. it's been 10 days. I am from India and can someone help since PayPal is new to me.

Hi, I am from India and this also happened with me. I asked the sender after two weeks and they said that the funds had already been returned to them. So they just simply resent it and I received it this time.
