I am currently in Guatamala and have been trying to get money to my friends PayPal account for over a couple of weeks. When I was in Mexico my direct transfer worked fine to another friend. Then my direct transfer (no credit on my PayPal account) got denied for a while so had some contact with the PayPal staff that assured me when I had money on my credit I would be able to send money to my friends PayPal account without any difficulty. Now a week later with loads of hassle I finally have money on my PayPal Credit and tried to send some of the money to my friend. Now i still get the same **bleep**ing message that it is not working currently. I REALLY NEED TO SEND THIS MONEY ASAP does anybody have some solid advice here?
