Hi, i have a refund transation of + 29 USD to my credit card immediately followed by - 29USD refund to my Paypal Balance. I can not find my refund in anywhere , in my credit card or in my Paypal Balance, my Paypal Balance show 0 SGD. I contacted by phone the customer service, they promised they will get back but i never got any reply. Do you guys know what is going on ? This is absolutely annoying, it has been 3 months and no progress at all.
