I was trying to link my bank account to the PayPal. Unfortunately, a message came up saying: " We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. " I don't know how to sort this out, but I am told that I will need to call customer service. I could not call them due to my deafness. I really need my bank account to be linked! If you know there is anything else that I can sort it out, please reply to the post! Thank you!

Is it a UK bank account?
Is it a physical or virtual bank?
Have you added or have that bank account linked to any other Paypal account?
Is the bank account in your name?
Have you tried clearing history / cache?
Have you tried another browser?
Have you tried another device?

Yes, it is a UK bank account which is called Halifax.
Yes, it is a physical bank.
No, I haven't added any other bank accounts to my Paypal account, and no it doesn't link to other Paypal accounts.
For the other two questions, I haven't tried any of these. But the end one, yes I have - I was trying the bank account to link to my PayPal account on my phone but it did not approve due to the message, and then I tried to use my laptop to do so but the message came up again!
