I need to refund a guest in a money pool

I have set up a pool for a retiring colleague and a person sent a payment twice.

There are a guest, no PayPal account. There is no option on their transaction to refund. How do I refund?

You can send a friends and family payment to their email address and PayPal will email the recipient instructions to register for a PayPal account to claim the money.
