I need to cancel a payment

I sent a payment under "service" And now the payment is on hold, I'd like to cancel it but apparently I cannot find how, every time I try, it wont allow me to. Can anyone help me? Is there a way to cancel the payment indefinitely?

You cannot cancel a payment once it has been sent from your account I'm afraid.
