Hey i was wondering why i could not receive any money that my friend tries to send me because he owes me and it says the card has been declined or it says try again later and all phone numbers and emails have been confirmed. We have been trying for 2 days now and he has 2 cards linked and it says the same thing over and over we need help!!!!!!!!!
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
