I'm unable to receive payments with PayPal.me

I have already linked my bank account and verified it too. But still whenever someone tries to send money through my paypal.me link, they still get a message saying that my ID is not ready to receive payments yet. What am I doing wrong?

@kernowlass I have gone through the articles and guide help as well mentioned as comments. But, I am still facing an issue with the payment. Is it because I'm using Paypal from India? But, as I suppose the new guidelines mentioned that one can take international payment while residing in India. Only, domestic payment has been banned. Please help.
