as the amount that has been taken out of my bank account (and NOT given to the horse rescue)  over the years amounts to grand theft.

Locale horse has never received the donations I've sent her through PayPal. I've made a complaint, but have not heard back from PayPal.

I am sorry to hear that your donation was never received by your local horse rescue. Do you see the payment as 'Completed' on your PayPal account? If yes, this would mean that your counterpart has received it. If they haven't, the issue may be on their side and I would recommend telling them to contact us so we can help them to locate the donation! All our contact options can be found by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal homepage.
