I'm new to refunds! I need help!

I recently bought something from ASOS, but cancelled the order immediately after. I've asked for clarification from an ASOS live chat, and they said that Paypal was holding onto my money for now.

The money was taken out of Load&Go Card, but when will I receive that money back? Currently, underneath recent activity it says the below:

That was on November the 14th.

I'm also wondering - why is it taking so long?

Refunds to cards take up a week to 30 days depending on the card.

I'm still awaiting a refund that was put through well 33 days ago. On my activity page it states that the refund has gone through, however I've yet to actually see this money in my account. Do you know a way I can receive this refund as i'm having no luck with the Paypal helpline as it is a auto response service.
