I just spent the most EXASPERATING time getting 'driven around' endlessly by Paypals asinine MENU system that will NOT just let one e-mail customer service!!! Click CONTACT US?? It only leads to another STUPID MENU!! I'm beginning to understand why EBAY now allows direct payments ( skipping Paypal ) as Paypal is completely ASININE.. and I've used it for MANY years!! Lastly... I choose a CATEGORY and do the I'M NOT A ROBOT thing and it ERASES the category so I have to keep filling it in! ASININE! All I wanted to do was explain why I missed a payment!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
