I opened the page and no where can I find the way to pay my bill. I'm not liking the update but, if someone explains it, I can work around it I think lol. Thank you.
You can ask the seller to send you a money request OR invoice
OR you can obtain their paypal email address and go to send/request > send money > select the option you want > put in their email address / amount / currency > check and pay.
