I have sent an item But haven’t been paid

I’ve sent an item to someone and he has confirmed that he has receive it, I also have posting proof including his signature that he has received it also he sent me confirmation from PayPal that he has paid PayPal but I haven’t got a confirmation email from PayPal and I haven’t been paid yet through PayPal
