I have received an email but did not get the payment.

I got a email on 29th August,2020 that I have received 10$ on a reward store. On that time I did not confirm my identity verification. Later on I have verified my I'd on PayPal. But I can't find any transaction right now. If I received any payment then why is it? I got nothing on my account. So I just want to know can I get back that payment?
