I have not received the payment

I am from India, recently I linked my Bank Account but the two small amounts, from INR 1.00 to INR 1.50 (from PayPal) still haven't received by me, Why? Apart from that I received almost a payment 0.84 USD and I got even email from PayPal that I have received the amount but, the payment has not been reflected into my account.
