And when i go to my email to claim the money there is no button to accept the payment. And when i try to call the customer service i just get stuck with a robot that doesn't know what i'm trying to ask. Please help

What happens when you click on that blue 'claim it' button in that link?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
