I didn't receive item. Seller in China said it had been sent back to them as packaging was damaged. They asked me if I want them to send it again which will take about 28 days, so I said no because after that time I won't have time to leave feedback, so would like a refund.
Palpal says I had a refund, but now ebay says it's an unpaid item. I don't want to get into trouble for not paying for what I didn't receive, so can I get rid of that message and if I do will I not have to pay for it in the future?
