I got scammed or something.......

So i bought a shirt on "zumiez" and I cancelled the order.

After that I emailed them saying when can I get my money back.

They then said the moneys pending but its been over a week.

The moneys in my bank account but its not available!

Please Help Me!!

It sounds like the order was placed as an Authorization on their site. This would hold the funds on your account, but not actually move the money.

They cannot do a "refund" on an Authorization because there is nothing to refund. What they should do is Void the Authorization. This would release the held funds back to you.

If they don't Void it could be held for up to 29 days depending on the bank(s) involved.

If they said they voided it then the funds should be released back to your card. Depending on the bank(s) involved it may take a couple of business days.
