I bought an item off of Grailed and my seller flaked on me, thus refunding my payment. I paid $320. It says that it was refunded yet it doesnt appear on my paypal account nor my visa debit. The status on paypal says refunded but no funds are found. Do I have to wait? Or is it glitched?
