I got refund and it is not visible in my balance.

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I am new to paypall and it was about 1.5 months ago when I used it for the first time to buy something from ebay. Since this good was lost in shipping seller gave me a full refund, I can see it in summary page, in the completed list, but these funds are not visible in my balance, does anyone has any idea what can be the issue and how to get my money back?

Look at the refund details to see where the refund will appear. If you paid with card, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to go back to your card. If you paid with bank, it will go back to your bank in 3-7 business days.
