Hello my friend sended to me 40$ on family friendly payment opinion, and I didn't receive this, maybe because I didn't got this opinion on my country.

I got a email of this payment but I didn't have the money and he can't refund this. some1 can help me with this?

Contact customer service for assistance and give them the transaction ID number from the email you received:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

I sended message yestrday and still no answer and I didn't get anything on paypal just on email and only the guy that send to me this have this...

I hope they or refund to him or give me this.
