Hey! So I recently sent money to someone for a digital art commission. While sending the payment, I forgot to specify that they wouldn't be sending me a product in the mail. I was wondering how I fix this problem, as I don't want the recipient to get in trouble for not sending something they can't send in the first place? I tried calling PayPal about the issue but I don't think they understood what I was asking, not to mention I had some trouble understanding the person on the other end of the phone.
