I don't have my refund

Got a refund on the 10th may for £49.17 which was paid with PayPal

It's been a while but it isn't in my balance or on my bank account. Apparently it should only take 3-5 business days. I tried phoning PayPal but the machine that you speak to first just said that they take 3-5 days (Well past that) or that I could hear my refund info, which didn't say anything the site itself doesn't say.

In the UK its 5-7 business days.

And as its only 6 business days today then it should clear soon.

Been another day so that's 7 days now but it is still not there.
