Hi @Fatma1234,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a refund. Is there a refund expected from the seller due to an arrangement made directly with them, or is there a dispute or claim open on the transaction?

 

If a refund has been completed, it will be in your transaction history. If there is no refund in your transaction history, no refund has yet been completed.

 

If you're looking to open a dispute due to an item not received or an item received but significantly not as described, you can follow these steps.
