I didn't receive my money from fiver

Hello guys I added my PayPal email to fiver and after 2 days i received an email with the balance says I mjst confirm my identity and my card so I did but nothing happened. I didn't receive my money and I don't see it on hold.. Help

But i can't find it in hold the problem is I can't even see the money that have been sent to me. I just received the first email that says if i don't provide my information the money will be returned after 30 days
