I connected 2 of bank account chase and capital one but no show capital one

I connected 2 of bank account chase and capital one but no show capital one

even I set chase as primary or set capital one as primary.

So when I pay, I only can choose chase. WHY??

I can see capital one bank account is already connected from setting.

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
