I cant use paypal

Hi, i tried to buy something with PayPal but i could buy it. I dont have a credit card so i cant add it. I used PayPal before, its connected with my local bank and that went without problems. What can i do so this wont pop up anymore ?

In this case, it would seem our security might be blocking the bank-funded Payment. I would suggest topping up your balance using our Topup service available on Dutch PayPal accounts as explained here.
