I cant receive money !

Can someone please help me. I cant receive money that my friend sended me. I don't have any credit cards linked. He gaved me the money through email

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Hello. I have the problem with receive money. I am done with the activation card and the valuts (eur,us dollar ,etc...) but i cant still receive the money.
