I cant pay with paypal at all

I can't pay with paypal . I always buy many items ebay and there's no problem at all. but few days ago, the message said I have to add my card to paypal.

and I put my card number right but it can't be added. and that's it. I cant skip the page and pay with paypal.

There may be a few different reasons you're unable to add your card, but first I normally recommend reviewing this Help Center article for some guidance: Why can't I add a debit or credit card to my PayPal account?
