I cant claim money

I was sent some payment via paypal 5 days ago. I got the email about it and when i opened the link to claim it just sent me to paypal website. My email is comfirmed. It doesnt show that i got payment on my page. How do i claim my money??

Was the email address the payment notification was sent to the same one that is linked and verified on your paypal account?

Were the funds sent in a currency you can accept on your paypal account?

Do you have a linked credit card confirmed on your paypal account?

The email is the same, currency is dollars which i can accept. I have a linked credit card but im not sure if its comfirmed, it doesnt say anything
