I cant buy using PayPal any items on eBay(US)

Hello All,

 

I would like to share my problem, that I cant pay for some items on eBay using PayPal if the seller has an updated version of the payment methods like adding Google Pay, and no problem with sellers who has an old version of the payment method. 

P.S. I am talking about eBay of the US.
