I can't transfer my money at all.

Hello, well basically I've been trying to transfer/buy stuff through PayPal but I can't seem to do so. 
Every time I try to transfer or pay for anything I can't even pick which payment method I want to use etc. (I type in the email I want to send the money to, I click on continue (The first one) And then I just get this error "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service." I'm not even able to pick which payment method I want to use or anything.
Did this ever happen to anyone else? What should I do?

Hi takz and welcome, 

 

It sounds like there may be an issue with your account is the background that is stopping you from using your account normally. I would recommend going to the Resolution centre on your PayPal account to see if there are any open issues there that need to be resolved.
