I can't transfer money to my friends with bank account

Hi everyone, I just can't transfer money to my friends with bank account. I can only choose the debit card and pay that high tax.

Could anyone tell me what is wrong with my account ?

Is your friend in the same country?

Have you verified your bank account with the 4 digit code when you added it?

Does your bank account still show in your paypal wallet?

Does your bank account name match the name on your paypal account?

I think there would be 4 yese to these question.

Actually, I managed somehow send $100 to my friends this weekend.

But after that I can't directly send with my bank account.
