Okay so i have a personal paypal account. Everything worked fine until today i suddenly couldn't pay anything online or send / transfer money to my bank or to any other person. It's like they've locked my money in here. I don't think I have any limitations b/c I checked the resolution center and there was no cases. My bank is confirmed and I already put in my SSID and such. Any payments made out of paypal gets an error / declilne.
Can someone help? Should I let my friends know not to send any more money to my account? (Apparently i can receive money)
