When I try to send money with my PayPal balance it doesn’t let me.At first I thought my account got limited but it didn’t.I think the reason it doesn’t let me send money is because when I tried to do the transaction I restarted the app to many times,and now it just shows a error and it tells me to try again later.I can do any security check available but I really need to do this transaction now is really important to me.
