Recently i sold online account for 30 EUR Now i'm trying to buy something else but when i try to send the money it won't let me it says payment declined. I Have 30 EUR In my account but i can't send 7,50 eur WTF? PLS HELP
Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
