Hi! I am trying to send my payment to someone, I am using my visa card. And it can push through. Why I can't send? Please help me.

Have you sent payment before or are you new?

Have you confirmed your card with the 4 digit code?

When you say won't push through what does it actually say next to the transaction in your paypal account?

The system show "we are not able to process your request"
