Many people try to pay for my items on eBay but I can receive payments neither from eBay nor directly from PayPal. All of my payment methods are verified. I spend a lot of time to solve this problem, but I was not succeeded. Buying on eBay and refunding for returned goods work perfectly. My PayPal account is verified in my eBay account.
