Hello there. My friend tried to send me money to my paypal account, but got the error "There's a problem with the info you entered. Please check it and try again.". I have a Mastercard linked to my account and I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
