I can't receive money

I live in Albania, and I'm new to Paypal. Even though I opened a Paypal Account on September 2020, onlz now I'm trying to use it. My account is a bussiness account. A client is trying to pay me through PAypal, but he can't. I don't understand, where the problem is. Another thing that may be helpful, it's only today that I confirmed the debit card linked to Paypal. Thank you in advance
