I can't receive funds even after adding my visa card ( I'm in Cameroon)

I can't receive funds into my paypal account please help with what might be the problem and possible remedy to the situation Thanks

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.
